How long does it take for my order to arrive?

We aim to process and ship orders within one business day of receiving them. Orders being shipped within the continental U.S. should arrive 3-7 business days after it has been shipped. For quicker ship times, please choose either UPS Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air as a shipping option during checkout (only available for US delivery).

Please allow additional transit time for during weekends and holidays and to remote rural areas. Also, please note that UPS Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air orders will not be delivered on weekends. UPS only delivers orders on regular business days (Monday - Friday).

What shipping carriers does Breathalyzer.net use?

All breathalyzers are shipped via USPS Mail. For higher valued orders (above $250) or orders over certain size/weight thresholds, we may ship your order using UPS Ground service to provide additional insurance.

International orders are shipped via FedEx International Connect Plus. Please allow roughly 5-7 business days for international orders to clear customs and deliver to final destinations outside the United States. The customer is responsible for all charges associated with the order, including shipping, customs duties, and taxes.

How much does delivery cost?

USPS Ground delivery to U.S. addresses is free for all orders of any size, unless you choose an expedited option at checkout.

We ship to all 50 states, US PO Boxes, US territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

In which states do you charge sales tax?

We do charge sales tax in applicable states. The state tax will be listed on the order when it is placed. If you or your company is tax exempt, please contact us at support@breathalyzer.net with your documentation.

I live outside the United States. Does Breathalyzer.net ship international orders? How much will it cost?

Breathalyzer.net ships to most countries around the globe. International orders are shipped via FedEx International Connect Plus.

Expedited shipping methods are not available at this time.

My order arrived damaged. What should I do?

Please email support@breathalyzer.net immediately if any item arrives damaged. We will ship a replacement order to you free of charge.
